is the most up to date summary of residential activity within

and closed sales, appreciation rates, existing home sales
leaders and a monthly research topic.

Report, builder/developer edition, is published quarterly
with a focus on new construction. The following items are
covered in this report: average building cost per square foot,
average days between lot closing and house closing, sales
indicators in regards to the top selling new home subdivisions
and the top county builders, statistical tables breaking down
activity by geographic location and price point, analysis of
current spec inventory, permit activity by municipality and
building site indicators that include the average lot cost/sales
price ratio, average cost of building sites and number of
building sites sold in new home developments. Try to find a more
comprehensive report if you can!
Appreciation
Rates in Wake County, are published monthly and only
available online with a TARR 24/7 subscription. Our
database is maintained over an 18 month period and the
information is reported based upon individual neighborhood
location.
Lot
Values in Wake County, are published monthly and only
